Refund policy

All products are non-refundable (see exceptions below).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions
If a product causes a problem to your skin (for example, an allergic reaction), please email us at support@sbeautyplus.com with photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. We will evaluate if a refund is in order.
